We take a different approach: Instead of traditional portfolio sales, we develop a customized carve-out strategy for each property. Properties are precisely segmented, structured individually or in sub-portfolios, and strategically positioned on the market. This creates competition at the property level and unlocks value that remains invisible in a package sale.
