SEIL assists with portfolio acquisition in Mannheim
Frankfurt am Main, August 4, 2023) The real estate managers at SEIL REAL ESTATE, based in Frankfurt am Main, brokered a transaction involving three apartment buildings in downtown Mannheim and advised the parties throughout the process. The total lettable area is approximately 2,400 m²,distributed across properties on Scheffelstrasse, Tulpenstrasse, and Belfortstrasse. The portfolio comprises a typical mix of residential units, currently totaling 35. All the buildings are post-war structures, some of which have been partially renovated.
The buyer is a regional real estate developer. The seller is a nationally operating asset management company. The purchase price remains confidential. SEIL REAL ESTATE is currently handling the sale of approximately 25 properties in the Rhine-Neckar region. The owner-managed consulting firm is currently structuring national transactions totaling hundreds of millions of euros, with the majority of these sales projects scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
