Nino Grubišić joins the management team at SEIL REAL ESTATE
(Frankfurt am Main, January 25, 2022) Strategic expansion of the management team. Effective February 1, 2022, Nino Grubišić MRICS (STOA GmbH) will join the management team of the Frankfurt-based real estate boutique SEIL REAL ESTATE as Executive Advisor, taking over responsibility for the Institutional Investors division. This move positions the company for further growth and simultaneously expands its service portfolio. Grubišić brings extensive expertise in transactions, investment and portfolio management, project development, and has also served as a lecturer for many years. Maximilian Seil, Managing Director of the SEIL REAL ESTATE Group, founded in 2012, said: “With Nino Grubišić, we are gaining an excellent real estate expert who is not only deeply rooted in the Rhine-Main region but can also connect us with clients throughout Europe. In his new role, Nino Grubišić will play a key part in shaping the firm's continued growth and restructuring into a full-service investment boutique. He brings extensive experience, including nine years in various roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, most recently as Team Leader for Office Leasing in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions. On the investor side, he gained experience in investment management at La Française Real Estate Partners International and as Team Leader in Real Estate Portfolio Management at Universal Investment, where he was primarily responsible for the institutional client business. Nino Grubišić is a certified real estate agent (IHK), studied real estate economics, sustainable business management, and business administration/real estate at EBS University of Business and Law, has been a Professional Member of the RICS since 2015, and recently earned a Professional Certificate in Leadership and Communication from Harvard University.
